Pure homegrown garlic powder — nothing added, just garlic, grown in our aquaponic koi beds in Oregon, we dry, grind and package all on-site here at home.

Comes in a 4oz by volume spice jar with a bamboo lid and shaker top insert, so it's ready to use straight out of the box.

About Our Spices

Our garlic is grown in raised gravel beds fed by our koi fish ponds. The fish feed the plants; the plants in-turn clean the water for the fish. It's a full natural cycle that produces clean, vibrant flavor without synthetic inputs. 🌱 Seasonal Harvest — Limited Quantities. We literally grow our products in our back yard; Limited space means limited quantities. What I can tell you is we already have a devout following, so when we're out, we're out until next year's harvest. Don't wait! 8)
